A |     10月11日，抚顺市召开“奋力打好打赢攻坚之年攻坚之战”主题系列第六场新闻发布会，市生态环境局、市发改委、市自然资源局相关负责人重点介绍了今年我市把绿色低碳发展作为振兴底色，在建设美丽抚顺上聚力攻坚，特别是加强生态环境保护治理，不断巩固提升我市生态环境质量；推进采煤影响区综合治理与整合利用；保护生态空间格局，实施山水林田湖草沙一体化保护和系统治理等方面的重要部署、主要任务和具体举措。

D | ?          　　稳步推进山水林田湖草沙一体化保护和修复工程          　　我市山水林田湖草沙项目主要围绕西露天矿及周边地区矿山生态修复和浑河流域森林生态修复及水环境治理2个生态保护单元，部署西露天矿坑生态修复等12个子项目和1个监测工程，共计64个具体工程项目。         　　截至目前，我市已完成生态修复总面积57125公顷。通过实施植被保护与恢复和围栏封育工程，使植被覆盖率提高2.81个百分点、水土流失比率减少2.81个百分点，区域生态系统质量和稳定性加强。同时，项目的实施促进社会发展与环境改善的和谐统一，保障生产、生活和生态的永续发展，在项目实施期内可直接或间接促进当地近7000人就业。通过对未利用地、工矿废弃、地排土场的土地综合整治，新增耕地面积311.90公顷，盘活低效利用土地258.72公顷，实现土地的集约、节约化利用，提高土地质量和粮食生产能力。                    责任编辑：李丹。
